differences are the attributes that distinguish individuals apart from each
other. Each member within a community has distinct information on different
functioning. Because differences influence the way how workers feel, believe,
and perform, individual differences are critical for supervisors to comprehend.
Individual characteristics and aptitude disparities are the two main categories
into which individual differences are classified. The term "identity"
refers to a person's generally consistent cognitive, thinking, and attitude
tendencies. It has a crucial impact on identifying whether individuals have a
favorable or negative outlook regarding their profession and the enterprise, in
addition to how they interact within it. The individual difference within the
firm could affect the performance level of the organization, profit level,
growth of the firm, output level of the firm, and success of the firm.
Individual difference generates conflicts within the organization's teamwork
that affect the whole organization's performance. Attitude is partially
controlled by heredity. Regardless of the absence of distinct individual
genetics, identical research suggests that hereditary influences could
contribute to almost 50% of attitudes. Experience might alter a person's
character, but not instantaneously. Admittedly, it's indeed traits that are
remarkably constant, as the term makes evident. Therefore, administrators
shouldn't declare it their purpose to alter the characteristics of their
workers; rather, they should embrace temperament to understand better behavior.
The positive alteration in the individual’s difference could contribute to
advancement in the organization’s progress.
