Human resource management is a concept that includes the concepts and practices to be followed by the organization to generate continuous employee engagement in the workplace. The employees are well-motivated through the rewards and incentives provided to them. Accordingly, reward management is the management process conducted by employers who utilize motivating techniques to honour their staff members' accomplishments and achievements. Moreover, the health and safety concern of employees by the organization plays a crucial role in the motivational practice. There is various health and safety practice followed by the firm to target their employees and increase the productivity of the organization. Organizational culture is the factor that shapes the behavioural aspects of the employees within the workplace. There are several crucial features of organizational culture and the report provides a brief account of them. Change within an organization improves and uplifts the organization's output and profit level. Therefore, change management within the firm is essential and should be effectively managed. The teams within the organizational structure generate several benefits to the firm and if the teams are well-managed the company gains employee engagement, high-profit level, output level, and other important benefits. The individual difference within the firm creates several issues within the firm that affect the performance level of the firm. It is apparent that the individuals differ from one another and the organization should manage them well to gain prosperity in the performance level.
