Individuals may better understand whether behaviors are appropriate and inappropriate within an enterprise by comprehending the corporate culture, which is a set of mutual principles, attitudes, and opinions. Firms could get a strategic advantage through unique cultural contexts. There are several crucial characteristics of organizational culture (Appendix 3) and they are as follows:

       Sustainable Relationships:

The majority of the population is capable of recognizing friction among personalities or within a community. Many others could well perceive such a form of friction within personalities or among organizational processes on a sixth sense base.

       Continuous learning:

The frequency of change and innovation and wherever to stay consistent with they are central issues right now. In order to propel ahead, institutions must respond rapidly, improve, and progress. We are also required to establish goals and encourage each another.

       Financial stability:

Economic sustainability is a requirement for thriving enterprises, and institutional enlargement, economic generation, a rapidly growing customer base, and overall profitability are significant motivating determinants.

       High-performance level:

Success relies on having an automation framework, elevated commodities, practice guidelines, and personal pleasure. Understanding the things that are competent and knowing what is outside the field of expertise is crucial.

       Internally promoting community:

It is related to establishing mutual objectives and principles. It's also about performing genuinely either personally or as a team. Moreover, it was about fostering the team's transparency, innovation, passion, and belief.

       Differentiate the strategic partnership and alliance:

The ability to collaborate with certain other individuals and groups in order to achieve substantial influence derives from having a comprehensive awareness of the purpose and vision.  

           ●    Serve humanity:

Moral conscience, subsequent generations, a long-term perspective, morality, tolerance, and intelligence are all aspects of contribution.

The seven crucial features of the organizational culture should be communicated to the employees within the firm to conduct them genuinely.  The enterprise should consider the seven characteristics of organizational culture to strive within the competitive industry. However, the employees also need the appropriate level of predictability and oversight to keep operations operating effectively. Employees want to feel that they are making a difference and it induce the development of the firm.
